If you're a Senior Accounts Administrator/Accounting Technician or an experienced Accounts administrator with accounting skills and are ready for a new challenge then this could be the role you've been looking for!
- Anamata is a well established local private tertiary provider and as Senior Accounts Administrator, your role is to provide support to the CEO and the Trust and be part of a friendly committed team.
- You will take responsibility for the month end accounting procedures using Quickbooks accounting software, GST and PAYE returns, fixed asset management, payroll and Tertiary Education Commission student data requirements (training will be given).
- To be successful you will need strong accounts experience, strong Excel spreadsheets and computerised accounting skills, a high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail. You will be a well organised, confident person with a logical, proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to work with a team and independently.

We are seeking a self-motivated and achievement-focussed Takawaenga Mäori to liaise between Christchurch City Libraries and local Mäori communities.
This highly rewarding role provides the opportunity to establish and maintain a high library profile within Mäori communities by delivering and expanding various library resources and services. The role will involve assisting community libraries with the provision of Mäori resources and supporting the Kai Whakahaere Ratonga Mäori on a number of projects.
Experience in developing linkages and building and enhancing positive relationships with hapu and iwi in addition to having credibility in local Mäori and community groups are important in this role. A high level of competence in te reo, exceptional interpersonal skills including confidence in communicating confidently with individuals and groups, the ability to inspire and enthuse others, and an outstanding level of organisational and administrative skills are highly desirable.
The minimum requirement for this position is a tertiary qualification. Knowledge of tikanga and a good understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi relationships with local government are essential. Understanding the value of access to the library and all of the resources it provides and knowledge of local Mäori communities is desired.

The NZAF is now seeking a Technology Communications Advisor to join its HIV Prevention and Communications Group.

$38,000 - $49,000 (collective negotiations pending)
This new position is four days per week, and will work closely with the National Communications Co-ordinator and the wider HIV Prevention and Communications Group.
The new Technology Communications Advisor will work to develop NZAF's prevention work by taking full advantage of new and emerging media and technologies, as well as develop current initiatives.
We are looking for a committed, passionate individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Ideally you will have experience working in journalism, government communications, media and communications planning and delivery, desktop publishing or social marketing. This is a challenging position working in a constantly changing, exciting progressive environment.

OutThere! has an exciting and challenging role for a passionate individual committed to ensuring that all queer Maori youth (Takataapui Taiohi) have access to high quality support and information about sexuality and gender identities.

This position sits alongside and complements the OutThere! Project Coordinator's role, and seeks to ensure Takataapui Taiohi have a voice in all environments where youth development happens, including whanau, education and community services.
The primary client group of this venture are gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, Takataapui, fa'afafine and intersex young people. A major requirement of this position is acceptance of sexuality and gender diversity, sensitivity to the health needs of queer young people, and the creation of a working environment supportive of queer youth.
